1.生産ラインの紹介
ACS 押出機は、接線方向連続クラッディングを利用して、処理された鋼線上にアルミニウムを連続的にコーティングします。バイメタルシンクロ変形により、ワイヤーを想定通りのサイズに引き抜きます。この技術で作られた ACS ワイヤは、IEC および ASTM 規格に準拠しています。
