1.クイックダイ交換システム: ダイセット全体を交換することなく、さまざまな直径の生産が可能です。最後のキャプスタンから最終キャプスタンまでの rpm 調整 (1 つまたは複数の描画ステップを省略するために必要) は、フリープログラマブル制御 (PLC) と連携した 2 モーター技術によって事前設定されます。
2.アニーラーと接触プーリーの駆動： アニーラー内のエンドレス平ベルトにより、延伸機から平ベルトで直接駆動。ベルトの張力はテンションプーリーにより調整できます。
3.ワイヤートラバース機構： ACサーボモーターで駆動。
a) トラバース速度一定: このモードでは、スプールの充填度に応じてトラバース ピッチが変化します。つまり、スプールがいっぱいになるとトラバース ピッチが増加します。一定トラバースピッチに比べて充填重量が軽減されます。
b)一定トラバースピッチ：このモードでは、トラバース速度がスプール速度に適応されます。トラバースピッチは巻取りプロセス全体を通じて一定に保たれます。
オプション：トラバース幅の自動調整。
