VTシリーズ高速平角線エナメル加工機は、単線シングルオーブン/高速、高気流、最大二重コート、蒸気発生器は排気ガスによって加熱され、熱再循環、触媒燃焼ユニットを備え、オーブン室内に電気ヒーターを備えていないオーブンに基づいて設計されており、自動コンピュータ制御システム、顧客レシピシステム、半自動ボビン交換、サーボドライブによる巻き取りとトラバースも含まれており、特に高級エナメル線の生産に理想的な選択となります。変圧器、高電圧モーター、自動車、充電ステーションなど。
2.処理の流れ
平角銅線を敷設 → 平角銅線を焼鈍炉に入れて焼鈍 → 水槽で乾燥を経る → 塗料槽に入る（平角線表面に塗装） → 平角銅線を塗装しオーブンで焼成（塗装、焼成を複数回繰り返す） → 巻線（スプールに巻いて完成品）
