1.概要
上向き連続鋳造無酸素銅棒生産ライン（以下、プラントと呼びます）は、大長さの輝く/明るい無酸素銅棒、大長さの輝く無酸素銅管ペレット、および大長さの輝く無酸素銅平坦ペレットなどの生産に使用されます。
2.制作の流れ
陰極銅/銅スクラップ→溶解炉→トランジションハウス→保持炉→鋳造機（結晶成形）→鋳造棒→引取装置→販売中または追加生産
陰極銅をQL配合炉の溶解炉に真っ直ぐ投入します。周波数インダクターにより溶解され液体になります。そして、銅の液体は保持炉に自動的に流入し、移行室をスムーズに通過し、覆われた木炭によって脱酸されます。銅の液体は保持炉内の鋳造機の結晶化装置により急速に鋳造棒になります。その後、鋳物の二重引出しローラーによって引っ張られます。鋳造ロッドが引取装置から引き取られると、アイドラプーリーフレームおよび引取制限装置を通って引取装置に導かれます。
